Rodeway Inn South Point

I arrived after dark and was a little scared by the looks of the outside but my room was clean, old, but clean. I ordered a pizza delivery and noticed that several corporate vehicles were parked along side me. My room was close to the office and I felt safe. I'm going to try this place again next week.

this place was perfect for the super cheap price! comfortable and reasonably clean, no frills but everything we needed. the manager we checked in and out with was friendly and easy to work with.

Wasn't a bad stay at all. Clean comfy rooms. Only thing was the lady manager was a little rude over a random spot on a hand towel (didn't even realize it). Other than that it was a fine & comfortable stay.

Clearly, this is an older property. That being said, the room was clean, everything worked as expected. A bit disappointed that the TV was CRT and I was stuck with local cable. The wifi was fine and I watched a couple of shows on Prime TV via my phone.

I’m a traveling nurse aid and I’m constantly in & out of hotels so trust me when I say it’s hard to find a good hotel that’s CLEAN, NO BUGS with a GREAT RATE!! So I was overly excited when I stumbled upon this Diamond in the rough!! It looks a little worn down but they are very clean & it doesn’t smell stale or have a bad vibe. The owners are so nice and treat you respectfully I can definitely appreciate that especially after a long work night followed by a long drive!! PLEASE SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!’

I’m giving all 5 stars today. Not because the hotel was s a 5 star hotel. But for the level of humanity I experienced there. Almost two years ago I was bring in 70000 a yer . Recently I’ve been pretty down on my luck. My daughter came back to live with me full time because I felt like she wasn’t being cared for (33 year old autistic daughter ) she moved back in with me after 4 years and we both became sick with an illness no one would recognize let a long treat. I haven’t worked since becoming sick with this thing . both of us lost our hair, me more than my daughter. Our eye brows fell out and our skin became scarred from head to toe. And the lack of energy is indescribable. The inability to wake up has caused me issues. Last week I had set my alarm to check out of the road way inn in south point Ohio. The manager was knocking on the door , I had overslept and not heard my alarm again. I ran to the door without putting my wig on. And I guess he realized we both was sick. He was very kind to us gave me plenty of time to dress my daughter and myself and get the rest of my things out that I hadn’t packed the night before. He told me to get into the car and drive me and my daughter to the office he wanted to give half my deposit back. Well when I got to the office he gave me my full deposit told me to take care of my daughter and myself and take the money to go get food. I almost cried. Ppl aren’t usually so kind when they see me without my wig . Today after almost two years of fighting and going through over 20 doctors and spending over twenty grand I finally found a doctor who would treat us and finally give us the medicine we need to get our lives back. I wanted to say thank you to the owners at rodeway inn in south point Ohio . Your humanity does not go unrecognized. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. My first time staying there was a pic because it was only 6.9 miles away from the bus station so I can leave town

Your basic roadway inn a little pricey for the area though rooms are decent could use upgrades internet was decent beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean would stay there again when I'm in the area
